$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ocl-icd-dbg 

ocl-icd-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ocl-icd-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ocl-icd-dbg *
